An Air Cooker looks a bit like an Airfryer, but it has some big differences: temperature up to 160C (Airfryer up to around 200) and has a water tank to create moisture inside the machine. The Air Cooker is more suited for bread, re-heating and slow cooking than an Airfryer. But it is not suited for replacing a frying pan.
